Interior Design - Associate of Arts Degree

In only two years, you can earn an Associate of Arts degree. Students earning this degree will have a strong foundation and firm grasp on the basic principles of interior design. In most programs, you will take beginning courses in residential and commercial design, computer-aided drafting, and lighting design, along with many other necessary and interesting courses! At most schools you can apply the credits of your Associate of Science degree towards a more intensive Bachelor's Degree. Depending on the state in which you live and work, this degree satisfies your formal education requirement necessary to become a certified interior designer.
